First Homework Assignment

Lucas got his first list of homework assignments this week! I am so excited to start it : ) The way that at works at his school is the Kindergarten kids get a sheet at the beginning of the month with 20 assignments on it. They suggest that we do 2-3 per week. There is nothing to turn in - we just initial that we did it.

These first two pictures were taken for his personality train, which is a train that has a picture of him, a list of his characteristics, what he wants to be when he grows up (a fisherman), and a picture of his family.

And we are - all five of us - doing his first assignment together! It was a math problem in which he had to get all of the spoons from our silverware drawer and then group them in groups of threes. When he had them all grouped he had to count the number of groups, write down that number, and then write down the amount of any that were left over.
