Lucas starts Kindergarten in early September. He actually has to go one day in late August. He'll need to be at school between 8-8:30 and Ellen to preschool by 9:00. Since they both slept until 8:00 this morning, we have some schedule work to do over the next month!
The past two weeks they went to camp 6 days. It was nice to be into a routine again... get everyone up by a certain time, eat breakfast, get dressed, brush hair, brush teeth, shoes on, bags packed, seatbelts on. It's exhausting just typing it!
To get Lucas excited, we ordered book bags this week. It was so fun to check the mail each day to see if they had arrived. When they did, Lucas did a dance around the house. They both love their new bags!
Oh, Ellen had to have blue. Not pink. Blue is her favorite color.
