Today in Lucas's class they had an apple feast! The kids were told to wear red, green or yellow, depending on which color apple they like best. The teachers setup 6 stations with different apple tasting ideas. There was apple dip, apple shakes, apple jelly, and more. I volunteered for an hour at the apple dip station. The ingredients were cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. I had the kids guess if it would taste cheesy or sugary. They all guessed cheesy, and they were all wrong : )
I love seeing Lucas in his classroom and he seemed proud to have me there.
