Hard to tell by these pictures, but we celebrated Lucas's 5th birthday for a third time today by taking the family to a Japanese steakhouse where they "cook in front of you with fire and knives!" Lucas was so excited! And it was enough entertainment for the bird, so we all had a nice time. Perhaps this will be a birthday tradition. Afterwards, more playing at home!
