Okay, so she doesn't say "please" yet, but we do think that she is showing us the sign for "more". This is her version of it anyway. She has another sign that she has made up where she waves her right hand up and down - this may be her version of "all done". We're also working on "milk", which she does but I'm not sure it's intended as a sign, and the sign for sleep.
She seems to be a smart little cookie. She studies our motions and looks as though she is processing them.
