Ellen is becoming VERY independent. She knows what she wants and usually how to get it. In this picture she wanted to let Tyson in, so she got this chair from across the kitchen and put it by the door so that she could reach the know... then got mad that she couldn't turn it.
This morning she got one of the big kitchen table chairs and scooted it over to the sink. There is a rug in front of the sink, so she couldn't get it exactly where she wanted it. She started getting frustrated. Jeff picked her up, not knowing what she wanted, and she did her limp move where she makes her body go limp and throws her head back. That's when I realized what she wanted, moved the chair, and turned on the water. She immediately quit screaming, smiled, grabbed a cup from her basket and helped herself onto the chair for some water play.
