Merry Christmas!

We had a great Christmas in Atlanta. We stayed at my Grandmother's house with my parents. Jenn, Neil and Ty were able to spend two nights there and Bryan, Angela and Wesley were able to spend one night. We also got to see Sandy, Dennis and Scott for Christmas dinner. We were lucky to get to see so much family this year.

I was surprised by how much Lucas enjoyed himself on Christmas day. My fam tradition is to leave the Santa gifts unwrapped. Jeff's tradition is to wrap them. Since we were behind on the wrapping and Lucas didn't know this year, we left everything unwrapped...especially since he got other wrapped gifts. We all got up on Christmas morning and were waiting for everyone to gather in the living room so that we could video Lucas and Ty seeing what Santa brought. We must have forgotten that Lucas is into everything, because the next thing we knew he was standing in his "section" and playing with his new singing table. He played for the next 5 hours, plowing right through his morning nap, then again for hours in the afternoon. I feel bad for not having more of these toys before Christmas!

I'll post pics of different portions of our trip after this, but here are some pics from Christmas day. Somehow we managed to take a million pics of Lucas and not any of our family or everyone that was there....Lucas is a camera hog!

"Hey Mom, look at me!"

Playing a game with Grandma where he would take off her glasses, she would ask for him to "please give them back" and then he would hand them to her with a big smile on his face...so sweet...
