Last night's class focused on the first stage of labor, which we've already covered, but we just discussed in more detail last night. It was a lot of review, but we did see the most "intense" video that we've seen yet, which was good because the more we see, the more comfortable we are with it.
We learned a few classes ago that we should have our bags packed for the hospital by the 36th week, which is this week, so we are planning to get that done this weekend. Another thing that we've crossed off of our list is writing down our preferences for the way we would like our birth to go (Birth Plan or Birth Preferences). We have an appointment with the midwives tomorrow, so we'll take it in for them to review and give us feedback on.

Yeah! Goodluck with the Birthplan. Just Remember its like a wedding; nothing ever goes according to plan. Don't be devistated if it doesn't totally turn out like you think it will.
