Bye-Bye Binky

Lucas has weaned himself from his binky. We didn't do anything special - he just got sick of it. At 12 months our pediatrician told us that we should focus on what was causing distress and soothe him without the binky, so we tried to keep it out of site except for naps and nighttime. That was fine with Lucas and then over the past few weeks if I tried to give it to him in the middle of the night he would throw it on the floor. I realized yesterday that we hadn't even seen one in the past few days, so I guess we're done with them.
